My name is Michael Bernier, owner of Simple Truth Home Inspections LLC. I would like to thank you for considering me for your home inspection needs. I am a licensed and insured NYS Home Inspector, American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) member and a graduate of the Molloy College home inspection curriculum. I was taught by some of the best instructors on Long Island. It is my responsibility to provide you with a complete, detailed and simple to understand home inspection report. The report will include numerous photos and comments, not just a check list with a few pictures. My reports come with comments that identify, describe, explain and advise you on the defects and recommendations for corrective action.
